Greg Kalnit, Senior Vice President
Greg Kalnit graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, in 1999 with a B.S. in Economics.
Greg joined Adellco in 2004 and has been responsible for the acquisition, underwriting, financing, due diligence and budgeting for all Adellco properties and projects since that time.
Greg is also very actively involved in development and management for each of Adellco’s projects.
Before joining Adellco, Greg was employed in the Debt Capital Markets group at Deutsche Bank in New York.
