Ann Eber, Senior Vice President
Ann Eber has more than 20 years of experience in New York City residential property management.
Ann joined Adellco in 2002.
Ann currently supervises property management for all Adellco properties, and has managed the gut renovation and initial lease-up of the Elektra and the Wimbledon.
She has been involved in the construction of four ground-up luxury residential apartment buildings and is responsible for the hiring and supervision of on-site management, leasing and operational staff.
