- Was among the first projects in New York City to gain a zoning bonus by utilizing the Inclusionary Housing Program, generating a zoning bonus in exchange for incorporating a middle-income component. Was also a 80/20 development, which took advantage of favorable financing through the NY State bond program and tax credits, in exchange for a seperate middle-income component.
