Reporting
Adellco works with some of the world's largest financial institutions as a partner and/or lender on its various projects. We have raised equity and/or debt from firms such as MassMutual, Invesco, JP Morgan, Citibank, Northwestern Mutual, Nationwide, Wachovia and Lehman on our various projects, and report to each of these firm's development and management standards on our projects.
Our accounting staff prepares monthly (and more frequently, if desired) status update reports and cost reports, all at the institutional caliber that we provide for our several Fortune 500 Institutional clients and partners.
We produce annual budgets based on a wide breadth of historic information and operating experience, and each subsequent accounting report ties back to the original budget.
Adellco performs detailed reporting and budgeting in a variety of the commonly used accounting software, including Yardi, Timberline, MRI, Kardin and Quickbooks, depending on each individual client's needs.
Our accounting staff is centralized at our head office in Manhattan, and a supervising controller as well as an accounts payable and accounts receivable accountant is assigned to each property.
