Adellco redeveloped and converted this property, originally built in 1927, into high end luxury multi-family residences located on 86th Street, steps from Central Park, between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue on the Upper Westside. Entirely one-bedroom apartments when purchased, the building was converted to 80% two, three- and four-bedroom units to respond to market demand. Rebranded The Brewster, this 16 story, 140,000 square foot building, now features 144 apartments and 8,000 square feet of medical office space.

Adellco’s gut renovation created redesigned residences and common spaces. The entire building was presented to the market and received as new, with rents commensurate with a new building, and showcased state of the art systems and elegant finishes and amenities, while preserving the building’s historic, pre-war, Art Deco character.
