Madison Belvedere is a 50 story 407,550 square foot multi-family building, whose interior was entirely renovated and then repositioned and rebranded as the Instrata Nomad.

Adellco fully renovated all apartments and common areas, added square footage on the roof and created a new rooftop lounge with generous outdoor space for food and beverage and outdoor entertainment. In addition, Adellco created a health club, a children’s playroom and a pet spa. This amenity package positioned the property as a “lifestyle residence,” making it competitive with brand new construction while achieving the highest rents in the downtown New York City market.
