Few developers can claim to have created a new neighborhood and have had a massive impact on New York City neighborhoods in the manner that Adellco has had in Chelsea and the surrounding environs of Nomad, Flatiron and Park Avenue South.
An expert in land use and entitlements, Adellco rezoned the Sixth Avenue Corridor in Chelsea, from 23rd to 31st Street, to high-density residential use. This rezoning was the largest privately-led rezoning in the city’s history and was implemented with Adellco’s extensive experience with Federal, State and City programs for zoning bonuses, bond financing and tax abatements.
