Adellco redeveloped, redesigned, and repositioned the Wimbledon, a 1980s, middle-aged, multi-family building at 82nd Street and Third Avenue on the Upper Eastside into redesigned, modern luxury multi-family residences.

Consisting of 205,000 square feet that included 6,200 square feet of retail space, this 29-story property originally housed 223 residences.

To respond to the market demands, studio and one-bedroom units were combined to create spacious three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences. The Wimbledon increased rents more than 50% from their pre-renovation level.
