27 East 79th Street is a ground up development of a super-luxury boutique condominium between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, steps from Central Park on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

The 30,000 square foot property, designed by the internationally acclaimed AD 100 design firm of Cabinet Pinto, features 15 floors of high-end luxury residences, in addition to ground floor retail on 79th Street.

This project was the first new construction between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue between 61st Street and 96th Street in 20 years. It started an awareness of the lack of supply in this high demand and underserved neighborhood. The resurgence of the neighborhood then followed in Adellco’s footsteps.
