Formerly a printing house and then a shared workspace, Adellco converted this 13-story building into luxury condominiums and rebranded it as The Armorie. Consisting of 48,400 square feet, The Armorie now features 21 residential spaces, a state-of-the-art gym, with a commercial ground floor.

This adaptive reuse conversion was ahead of the market trend of office-to-residential conversions.
