The Wales presents the redevelopment, redesign and conversion of a 1901 hotel at 92nd Street and Madison Avenue in the Upper Eastside neighborhood of Carnegie Hill into luxury condominium residences.

Created in concert with world renowned, Paris-based designer Cabinet Pinto, Adellco fashioned chic living spaces while preserving the building’s historic pre-war character.

The 11 stories across 67,000 square feet features 21 Residences, a high-end, state-of-the-art gym, pet spa and ground floor retail, the quality of which has attracted JPMorgan Chase Bank as a tenant.
